Do you ship internationally?

At this time, orders are only available to be shipped within the US and Canada (STICKERS ONLY. Shot glasses are not available to be shipped to Canada at this time).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

US Orders: Sticker orders ship out via USPS First-Class Mail (without tracking) and are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days from the date the order is shipped. Orders including shot glasses are shipped with USPS First-Class Mail Parcel (with tracking) and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days from the date the order is shipped.

Canada Orders (Sticker orders only): Canada orders ship out with USPS First-Class Mail International and are estimated to arrive within 11-20 business days from the date the order is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information (if applicable).

What is the return/exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for any items purchased. Sorry for the inconvenience!

What happens if I have not received my order?

Upon checkout, please check that the shipping address you have entered is correct.  If the wrong address is entered at checkout and you have not received a shipping confirmation email yet, please send an email to [email protected] immediately to attempt to correct the issue. Unfortunately, this option is not guaranteed as once an order has already been processed and shipped, an address correction will no longer be available.

Please note that pipedpie is no longer responsible for the order once it has shipped. 

  • If you have not received your order yet, please make sure you received a shipping confirmation email before reaching out.  If you did not receive a confirmation email, it is possible that your order is still awaiting to be shipped. 
  • If you received a shipping confirmation email and your order still has not arrived past the estimated delivery date, please make sure to check with your neighbors/other residence in the event the order has arrived and you have not been informed yet. If you are still unable to locate the package and the tracking information (if applicable) shows it has been delivered, please contact the courier (USPS) for further assistance.
